Rio Linda Preparatory Academy believes that every child deserves a safe school environment. Bullying and harassment of any kind, including cyberbullying (texting, social websites, etc.) will not be tolerated.
It's the Law! - A. B. 86, 2008 Code §32261 (g) Lieu. Pupil safety. Gives school officials grounds to suspend a pupil or recommend a pupil for expulsion for bullying, including, but not limited to, bullying by electronic act
